Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a restaurant fit-out take in Dubai?
Most restaurant and cafe fit-outs take 6 to 12 weeks, including approvals from Dubai Municipality food safety and Civil Defence.
Do you handle restaurant approvals?
Yes. We prepare the drawings for Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence and the landlord or mall, including kitchen exhaust and fire suppression coordination.
Can you design the kitchen layout?
Yes. We plan the kitchen with your chef to meet food safety rules – cooking line, washing, storage and exhaust hood positions.
What affects restaurant fit-out cost?
Size, kitchen equipment and exhaust, seating design, ceiling and lighting, flooring, approvals and shop front all affect the cost. We give an itemised quotation.
